All the garments that are in stock in the warehouse in Ukraine are dispatched within 2-3 business days after an order has been placed (up to 14 days for international orders, excluding the US). For all items available on backorder, please allow up to 14 days for your garment to be completed by a professional seamstress. Please, check the exact term of backorder preparation on the product page. Please note that during sale and holidays period processing may be slightly delayed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Transit times: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands (2-3 business days); France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the UK (3-5 business days); Bulgaria, Finland, Malta, Switzerland (6-8 business days), Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Romania (10-12 business days).

Please note that the transit times for the EU, Switzerland and the UK only reflect on the items that are immediately available for dispatch from the warehouse in the EU. Allow an additional 7 – 14 days for all other items to be delivered to the warehouse first, before they are ready to be shipped with a courier. Please check the availability of these items with our Customer Care via support@overtheseadress.com.

Express worldwide delivery is not available until further notice.

We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready.

Please note that we use external shipping services and any delays occurring on their side are at the responsibility of the shipping company.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The offer is currently only valid for all orders over $350 to the EU and the US. Free shipping will be processed with DHL for all orders to the EU. Free shipping to the US will be processed with UkrPoshta. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number on the UkrPost website: https://www.ukrposhta.ua/en.

TAXES & DUTIES

The charges, if any, at the destination point are not included in the price at the check-out. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

CANCELLATION

Please note that you may cancel your order only within the 24 hour period from when the order has originally been placed.
