FAST DELIVERY WITHIN THE EU

Fast delivery within the EU is processed by DHL Deutsche Post. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number on the DHL Deutsche Post website: www.dhl.de.

Please note that we use external shipping services and any delays occurring on their side are at the responsibility of the shipping company.

Taxes and duties:

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. The applicable VAT will be added to the price at checkout, based on the destination country.

SHIPPING INFORMATION TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to ensure that our products reach you, no matter where you are located. Fast delivery to the US, UK, Canada and the rest of the world is proceed by DHL. You can check the status of your orders using the tracking number on the DHL website: www.dhl.com.

Shipping to the United States and Canada:

• We ship to both the United States and Canada using reliable international couriers such as DHL.
• DHL Delivery times vary based on your location, but typically, orders to the US and Canada are delivered within 9-14 business days from dispatch.
• The National Post shipping option is available only for orders to the United States and may take up to 21 days for delivery.
• Please note that while we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays can occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping to Other International Destinations (non EU, USA and Canada):

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide, except Russia and Belarus.

• Delivery times to international locations vary depending on the destination and courier used. For most countries, shipping typically takes 8-14 days.
• All international orders are shipped with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey to you. You will receive notification after the order is dispatched.

Taxes and duties:

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

CANCELLATION

Please note that you may cancel your order only within the 24 hour period from when the order has originally been placed, unless the order has already been shipped.
